On condition that the consultant complies with their own
obligations, VENTORIS is committed to the following 10 points:
1. VENTORIS undertakes, as a general rule, to comply with all
French and European legislation in labour, commercial and
fiscal matters.
2. VENTORIS undertakes to employ the consultant on a salaried
basis no later than the first day of the assignment.
3. VENTORIS undertakes to allocate a careers consultant to
each new consultant who will be their personal contact.
4. VENTORIS undertakes to indicate the name of the consultant
on each service provision contract that is signed.
5. VENTORIS undertakes to take on the social, legal and
fiscal responsibility for each service provision contract it
validates.
6. VENTORIS undertakes to take out Professional and Operational
Liability Insurance corresponding to the requirements of each
service provision contract that it accepts.
7. VENTORIS undertakes to ensure that the assignment is
performed under its sole line management and that the consultant
shall in no event be under the management responsibility of
the client.
8. VENTORIS undertakes to turn down any service provision
contract that might be similar or equivalent to temping.
9. VENTORIS undertakes to pay the consultant regardless of
client payments.
10. VENTORIS undertakes to pay wages on the 10th of the month
following that in which the corresponding service was provided.
