On the strength of your expertise, you play an active role
in defining the needs of the client and writing up the
service provision contract.
It is signed between the Client and the legal representative
of Ventoris.
It clearly states:
- the service to be provided;
- the price before tax, VAT and price incl. VAT;
- the place where the assignment will be performed;
- the dates;
- the payment terms and deadline;
- the expenses to be refunded by the Client;
- the general terms and conditions.
We must receive this contract 48 hours before the start of
the assignment so that we can validate it. Any contract
arriving after this limit will be refused. Ventoris reserves
the right to refuse any contract at its own discretion.
