Our activities are governed by the French Labour Code and by
the Syntec National Branch Agreement. Together, we choose the
work contract that is best suited to the assignment to be
done:
- fixed-term contract,
- part-time fixed-term contract,
- permanent intermittent contract.
Your wage is made up of three parts, depending on the contract:
- a “service-provision” salary for which
the hourly rate depends on your professional classification;
- a “development” salary corresponding
to payment for time dedicated to prospecting and training.
These periods are equal to at least 10 % of the
service-provision periods. This is called a
“complementary development salary” if it exceeds
this percentage;
- margin bonuses.
A Mandatory Employment Declaration is submitted to the
authorities (URSSAF) before the beginning of each assignment.
