Ventoris is specialised in optimising income and supports
the activity of a number of seniors on a day-to-day
basis.
There are two main types of profile:
LOW VOLUME ACTIVITY
Generally speaking, it is possible to keep a low level of
activity while receiving a retirement pension.
A low volume of activity is considered as being a sole or
incidental activity providing the beneficiary with income
equal to or less than four times the monthly value of the
gross minimum wage in force on 1st January of
the year in question for 169 hours of work (representing
€8.27 x 169 x 4 = €5,590.52 / month for 2007).
FULL RESUMPTION OF ACTIVITY
The beneficiary may resume a salaried activity on certain
conditions. As soon as the person has taken their retirement
they may resume work, or after a period of six months if
there is no change of employer. Their pension is suspended
when they return to work and will not be re-evaluated on the
basis of this new professional life.
EXEMPTION
65 years and over:
Employees of at least 65 years of age and their employers
are exempted from the unemployment and AGS contributions
paid to the ASSEDIC.
Retired persons:
If they resume work, employer and employee social security,
transport and FNAL contributions are due as for other
employees.
HOWEVER:
the ASSEDIC contributions are paid only if the employee is
under 65 years old.
For the ARCCO and AGIRC retirement regimes, only the
employer contributions are due.
