A new approach to sharing added value!                 Ventoris : Satisfied or your money back!  

 Service Provision Contract

The Service Provision Contract sets out the terms of the agreement the consultant has negotiated with you. The consultant is mentioned in it as a salaried employee of Ventoris.

It is signed between you, “the Client” and the legal representative of Ventoris.

It clearly states:

  • the service to be provided;
  • the price before tax, VAT and price incl. VAT;
  • the place where the assignment will be performed;
  • the dates;
  • the payment terms and deadline;
  • the expenses to be refunded by the Client;
  • the general terms and conditions.
We must receive this contract 48 hours before the start of the assignment so that we can validate it. Ventoris reserves the right to refuse any such contract at its own discretion.
