 Work Contract

Our activities are governed by the French Labour Code and by the Syntec National Branch Agreement. Together, we choose the work contract that is best suited to the assignment to be done and your professional objectives:

  • fixed-term contract,
  • part-time fixed-term contract,
  • permanent intermittent contract.

The consultant’s wage is made up of three parts, depending on the contract:

  • a guaranteed fixed wage on the basis of their professional classification,
  • an additional “development” wage,
  • bonuses calculated on the basis of their business centre balance.

A Mandatory Employment Declaration is submitted to the authorities (URSSAF) before the beginning of each assignment.
