Beneficiaries
:the "SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK" operation is applicable exclusively to consultants salaried by VENTORIS for the first time between 1 August 2006 and 31 December 2006.
Principle
: VENTORIS undertakes to observe the 10 clauses in its Quality Charter. If it should fail to do so, VENTORIS undertakes to refund the management fees of the consultant in question as indicated in the Refund Terms clause.
Eligibility Conditions : The salaried consultant wishing to benefit from this operation must have complied with their own obligations as contained in the Acceptance Letter they signed.
Refund Terms :If VENTORIS should fail to observe one of the clauses in the Quality Charter, the management fees relating to the service provision on which VENTORIS did not comply with the said Quality Charter will be refunded as salary in the form of an exceptional bonus, after deduction of the 2% management fees corresponding to factoring costs.
Calculation Method : management fees - 2% of consultant fees excl. VAT as invoiced = net cumulative amount of the exceptional bonus + cumulative social security charges on the exceptional bonus
Duration of the Operation
: services provided between 1/08/06 and 31/12/06.
