2000 - Creation of an organisation to assist
company creation and development. Among the services on
offer featured an umbrella company solution and freelancer
delegation service.
2006 - Creation of Ventoris SA.
2007 - Ventoris SA spins off its consulting, IT, services
and training activities as subsidiaries:
• Ventoris Consulting: high value added
service provision in corporate consulting in the fields
of IT, strategy and organisation, marketing and
communication, and human resources.

systems administration.

• Ventoris Services: webmastering, multimedia
design and secretariat services.
